Southern Girls Red Velvet Cake Clash

Is it true that the finest bakers come from the South? Well, Cocoa Butter wanted to test that statement recently in another round of what we call the Food Clash.  In this clash, three blindfolded southern ladies are challenged to judge each other's red velvet cake recipes. See challenge above.
