Stephen Marley, a multi-GRAMMY Award winner, released his new EP Celebrating Nina: Reggae Tribute To Nina Simone via Ghetto Youths Intl, which is available now worldwide. This EP is the most significant reggae blues collaboration of 2022, as Stephen Marley honours Nina Simone in a Reggae manner. It was co-produced by Paul Fakhourie, mixed and mastered by famous Errol Brown, who was also Bob Marley's engineer.
This new EP has seven songs that pay homage to some of Nina's biggest hits. For a long time, Stephen has been building anticipation for this release. On the heels of single releases such as Queen Ifrica's Four Women in April 2021 and Etana's Young Gifted And Black in February this year, the group is riding high.
According to Stephen, the EP is a 'tribute to Nina Simone, the legendary American jazz singer, composer, pianist, and arranger.'
