It has been featured on the top ten Billboard Reggae Album Chart, surpassing '10' by Spice, 'Top Prize' by Alkaline, 'Country Yutes' by Usain Bolt and Nugent and 'Born Fi Dis (Prelude)' by Vybz Kartel, each spending only one week on the chart.
The 16-track set, 438 was released December 3,2021 and debuted at number two on the charts on December 18, 2021 and is getting ready to enter the fourth week at number 10. According to reports the album sold 2,864 equivalent units during its first week inclusive of 733 copies of pure album sales. Masicka has been on the scene for almost a decade where he has been climbing up the success ladder.
Dre Day and RazMyghty were among the producers that worked on the album as well as co-produced on the Genahsyde/1syde Records imprints.
There were also a few outstanding collaborators, Stefflondon (Moments), Dexta Daps (Vanish) and Popcaan (Pain). Love Story, Toxic World and Suicide Note are also local hits.
