Diamond in The Rough Singer Glen Washington Chants Better Than Before

"Better Than Before" is the smashing single from Glen Washington’s new album, Just Giving Thanks, which was released on May 30, 2025.

“We have some serious message to spread,” Glen Washington noted. Right on point he was as the lover’s rock feel of Better Than Before is a Reggae fan’s jewel.

Accompanying the release of this single is the mellow visuals depicted in the track’s video which features scenes in Tad’s International Studio in Kingston, Jamaica. The video also gives us a glimpse of one of Jamaica’s artistic talents, Tanya Stephens, spinning the turn table.

Glen Washington is one of reggae’s premier vocalists. His 1996 album, Brother To Brother, lay the foundation for a hit-laden streak that produced songs like "Kindness For Weakness" and "Rise And Shine". See video below.
