More Cancellations for Rapper DaBaby

On Monday, DaBaby was removed from two additional music festival lineups for making anti-gay remarks at a previous performance and on social media last weekend.

The Governors Ball in New York and Day N Vegas in Nevada withdrew the rapper from their rosters a day after Chicago's Lollapalooza festival cancelled his show.

Last weekend's comments by the rapper about gay men and HIV/AIDS during a Miami event sparked outrage and were widely condemned by celebrities.

'If you didn't show up today with HIV, AIDS, any of them deadly sexually transmitted diseases that'll make you die in two, three weeks, put your cellphone light up,' encouraged the crowd. In an attempt at damage control, the rapper later remarked in several Instagram stories, "My gay fans, they take care of themselves. They ain't got no nasty gay niggas, see what I'm saying? They ain't no junkies on the street.'

DaBaby apologised for his 'insensitive' remarks after being chastised by fans and celebrities and added that anyone impacted by HIV/AIDS had the 'right to be outraged.'
