Big Zeeks and Ding Dong are Clean

Big Zeeks, aka ‘The Fresh Prince Of Harlesden’, has jumped in the booth with Dancehall don Ding Dong, aka Mr Bad Man Forward, to drop ‘Clean’, a UK dancehall banger that is pure big energy and fresh vibes.

Clean’, as Zeeks explains, “is not just about how ya dress, it’s about having a clean heart and clean intentions”, with a slick riddim and vibe to match, produced by deadly production duo Dot Inc

Big Zeeks’ lyrics serve up the sartorial realness “Watch e dawg and mi dawgs how me stay clean. Louis V pon mi feet and a Nike. Mama dress clean and mi daddy dress clean. Yuh fi ya unnastand it run inna mi damn genes.”

Big Zeeks has enlisted the vocals of Jamaican Dancehall legend Ding Dong, an artist who has never looked back since his smash hit ‘Bad Man Forward, Bad Man Pull Up’, to drop this infectious, feel-good tune that is dripping with vibes and attitude.

Big Zeeks said “I’ve known Ding Dong fi years and we’re excited to collaborate finally on dis tune. The video and track was my vision and it may be my best work. I’m not a dancer, I’m a sheller, but we had a lotta fun making the video in Yard.

Clean is about a cleansy life, clean family, eat clean and a clean heart. Very important in this world, becah karma’s a bitch!”

Ding Dong ‘s lyrics are the baddest “Ay we nuh dress good fi go a Dance and bruk. Just know seh di price FI di Benz a nuh luck. Me lifestyle have rich gyal a beg sex please. Yo Big Zeeks wah di Style why pree. Them knock 1 ah we we response ketch 3. Every night a di club fi wi tun a gyal spree. Wen u smell Tom ford and baccarat a we!”

From the heart of Harlesden, northwest London, Big Zeeks is an independent dancehall lyricist who consistently sets the bar high and has firmly cemented his place as a pivotal figure within the new generation of UK dancehall, with hits such as ‘#Happy’ featuring Stylo G and D Double E, ‘Yo’, ‘Ya Unnastand’ and ‘It’s A Lot Of Money’.

Big Zeeks has built up a cult following, easily bridging the gap between UK Rap and Jamaican Dancehall and building a sound reputation working with some of the most critically acclaimed artists such as Dexta Daps, Chronic Law, Spice, Shensea, Kranium, Jahvilani, Rygin King, Govana and WSTRN.

Zeeks has performed at his own sellout headline shows, toured the world as a supporting act globally and performed at various international festivals, including Glastonbury, City Splash and SXSW. Zeeks is immersed in his local Harlesden community and has become known for paying it forward, engaging with schools and shelters, and giving out hundreds of free meals to vulnerable families, earning him the ‘Fresh Prince of Harlesden’ nickname. Big Zeeks has built an organic following, with over 3 million streams on Spotify alone.
