Trap dancehall innovator Bakersteez is back with a new song. 'Neva Gon Lose' is a hustler's anthem accompanied by a gritty video recorded in and around Spanish Town's famed Bobby Lane.
Steez has been spearheading a new and exciting sound, and 'Neva Gon Lose,' co-written with emerging artist, Roshawny BadG, embodies the trend. A mesmerizing vocal sample leads the first part of the song until the rhythm flips, and BadG explores with cadence, transforming the recording into its final form.
Following collaborations with Stylo G and Popcaan last year and backing from OVO Sound, BBC Radio 1, The Fader, and others, Bakersteez will release a series of tracks in 2022.
